Pretty decent for an airport restaurant; nice views of the planes. Three of us had beers and split 3 items from the menu before we boarded our flight. We had the boneless buffalo wings, chicken caesar salad and corn dog "puppies." Everything was tasty and freshly made; beers were great. Nothing was very memorable, but nothing was bad either. The service was a little on the slow side, but to be fair, we did ask her to give us a few minutes a couple of times. We were just antsy at the end to get our bill.
Overall, not bad! I'd come back the next time I visit the Milwaukee airport. -

I recently passed through here on a visit home. I had time to kill before leaving the airport, so I decided to grab a drink.
This is an airport bar, but it's bigger than most, with ample tables and space.
I sat at the bar, as I didn't see any wait staff. The bartender provided excellent service.
After I ordered a drink he asked if I wanted to see a menu. They had me at "cheese curds."
The curds were on the small size, but they were beer battered and yummy. They were served with a spicy ranch, which was a nice twist.
Yes, prices are high, but this is at an airport.
Food, drink and service were quite good. -

My husband and I found ourselves with a 3 hour delay in the late afternoon at MKE. We decided to try and find a sit down restaurant to kill some time and fill our bellies. We were by the C gates where options were limited, but after looking at a map we found there was a main area with shopping and more food choices. So we headed over to Miller Brewhouse and seated ourselves by the windows. Service was a bit slow, but friendly. We each ordered a beer and the fried cheese curds to split. Definitely the right choice! I recommend to eat as many as you can while they're hot and wait a bit to order entrees. At the bottom of the pail you'll find some french fries too!
After our fill of fried cheese we moved on to our entrees. Husband got the bbq ends grilled cheese with coleslaw and I had the wedge salad. Both solid choices! bI also appreciated that they had little table top ads that doubled as phone charging ports.
If I'm ever back at this airport, I'll be getting more curds! -

Good food but pricey (inside MKE Airport's main concourse).
Entree: Perch Fry ($17.99). Milwaukee-style lightly breaded Perch, with skinny fries, double pickle tartar sauce and malt vinegar aioli. The breading is light and does not overpower the delicate Perch taste. The fires are standard and nothing special. The aioli is a nice addition and compliments the fish. RECOMMENDED. Still, $18 for a Perch is pretty expensive--even by airport standards.
Drink: Leinenkugel Creamy Dark ($7). Dark and smooth lager with no after taste.
Service: I sat at the Bar, so service was prompt and attentive.
Ambiance: Three TVs line the Bar's back wall. Otherwise, the large U-shaped Bar can accommodate over 30 people. Plenty of table and booth seating too, in an open atmosphere.
Overall: I would love to give the Miller Brewhouse more stars, but the food prices are a huge drawback. Still, it may be a better choice than the other fast food offerings. -

It's better to eat here than past TSA in any of the terminals. It's overpriced and the service is lackadaisical but it's roomy and pretty clean and comfortable so you can keep your carry on luggage and notebook computer safely within sight but not feel cramped. French dip, the au jus was tasteless and tepid. The Polish plate had good sausage but the pirogi was hard, difficult to chew. I think they may have baked it? I'm not Polish but I used to work in a Polish neighborhood and I've had a lot of pirogi. It was usually boiled, sometimes steamed or sauteed but always soft and served with sour cream. The topping here was some identifiable brown maybe toasted salad topping? Not sure. I've been in worse airport restaurants, the view is nice.
